Bharathi Thiyagarajan is into healthcare over a decade, completed Nursing by 2009 and worked as a Staff Nurse for seven months, after that completed Master Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Medical Law. She also completed Master of Philosophy specialized in Hospital and Health systems Management through work integrated program from Birla Institute of Science and Technology, during her previous work assignment. She is currently pursuing her part-time Ph. D in Management at Central University of Tamil Nadu. After earning Post graduate degree in Business Administration, joined a trust based Medical College Hospital in 2012 as a Management Trainee, moved on as Administrative Executive and promoted as Assistant Manager for the entire clinical services of a 1000 bedded teaching hospital till 2017, during when she acquired abilities to establish new departments, management of existing facilities with appropriate manpower and cost cutting measures.

As an Assistant Professor, so far she presented two research papers in the International conferences and published two research articles in Scopus Indexed Journals. As a trained journalist, she is using that skill set to write blogs and articles for social awareness as well.
