Assistant Professor


Dr. Manimegalai M. is a PhD from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She is currently a faculty member at the Faculty of Management Science at the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. She has 13 years of teaching, research, and industry/corporate experience. Out of these 13 years, 11 years of research experience, 2 years of industrial experience, and 8 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include organisational behaviour, human resource management, employee job outcomes, corporate social responsibility, industry relations, recruitment, and training. She published papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at national and international conferences of high recognition and repute. She is a recipient of the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and also qualified for the UGC NET lectureship (Ref. No. 1210 NET-JUNE 2010). She believes that personal integrity and spirituality work in tandem to help her achieve her full potential.
